A Senior Architectural Technologist
Simons Design is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Design team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Lincoln Office.
What you'll be doing:
Working on a mixture of Pharmaceutical/ healthcare, commercial and Heritage projects
Leading projects and also working as part of the team on larger projects
Developing designs and producing coordinated Revit models and drawings across the full project lifecycle
Preparing production information, specifications and schedules
Liaising with clients, planning authorities and other consultants
What we're looking for:
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with a strong drawing and BIM background
Graduate status with relevant experience, or HNC/HND plus 5+ years in a similar role
Solid understanding of Building Regulations, planning processes and CDM Regulations
A confident communicator who enjoys solving technical design problems
What we offer:
Salary 35 - 38k depending on experience
