After more than 30 years of dedicated service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Phil Roe, whose journey at Simons Design has taken him from Project Architect to Director and ultimately to our Managing Director. Phil’s leadership, technical expertise and unwavering passion for architecture have shaped our work across the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, earning the trust of major clients and the deep respect of our team. As he moves on to his next chapter, we extend our sincere gratitude for his exceptional contribution to the business and the generations of colleagues he has mentored. Phil leaves an enduring legacy, and he will always remain a valued part of the Simons Design story.
